Charm Meets Sophistication

As with most of our projects, this project came through a personal referral (see A La Carte in Alameda). Prior to close of sale, our team visited the home and developed a detailed scope of work and budget for this charming but dated San Francisco walk-up. Over the next few months, we transformed the top two floors into a contemporary oasis for this young family of four. Two years later, we returned to finish the lower level that combined a guest suite, family, and exercise room.
